"Billie Traywick, Duoline Controller, decided to turn in her spreadsheets and calculator and head for retirement on February 15, 2012. In her honor the Company threw a little retirement party in the conference room and she was presented with a terrific gift. She unwrapped a lovely package and was delighted with its contents - an iPad. Billie wanted to express her gratitude and passes on the following: "It was the best decision of my career to move to Gilmer and work for Robroy Industries. I have had experiences, opportunities and challenges that I don't think I would have had if I had stayed in Houston. Not many companies let you retire, change your mind and keep on working from a remote location. I cannot thank David Marshall enough for taking a chance on me 15 years ago, Mike Deane for being a great teacher and friend and all the other Robroy teammates that have influenced me over the years. I have been truly blessed to have had you as a part of my life. Robroy is no doubt an "uncommon" company and one that gives you opportunity to be a success. We offer our employees competitive compensation packages, based on their position, skills and experience, comprising of basic salary, overtime, and a performance related incentive bonus.
